Magnolia Homes

This Italian Transitional home can be summed up in one word: elegant. There is an assortment of architectural features that draw attention when you look at this elevation. In the center of the home are archways framing French doors with upper level windows located directly above and a standing seam metal roof in-between. The two story entry to the left houses three eyebrow windows with cast stone surrounds and a cast stone ledge supported underneath by stacked stone to the ground. On the opposite side of the central element is a raised plate height with three high, square windows centered above taller lower level windows with Bahama style shutters. This residence is a great example of an exterior design that at first blush might seem simple but continues to captivate the longer you take it in.
